A Clinically Depressed Poodle?

From the "What the Heck?" department, former French President Jacques Chirac was rushed to the hospital after his "clinically depressed" Maltese Poodle went on a rampage and bit the former president.

(An example of a Maltese, not the dog in the story.)

The dog was taking anti depressants. I guess the doggy paxil just wasn't working.
